Several months ago Google added a Business Profile screen to request reviews by sharing a link or QR code with customers. A help page now explains how to create and share the review link or QR code and suggests placing the link or QR code on receipts, in thank-you emails, at the end of chat interactions, or printed in-store to encourage customers. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences; offering incentives or manipulating reviews is prohibited and can trigger Business Profile policy enforcement. The help page shows steps to copy the review link and to download the QR code image from the profile screen.
