LexCheck has launched version 3.0 of its AI-powered contract review software, which introduces key features such as automated playbook generation from historical redlines and precedent checking. This update follows the earlier release of version 2.0, enhancing contract review accuracy and enterprise scalability. The new version is tailored for complex commercial agreements, extracting patterns from clients' redlined contracts to create initial drafts of playbooks efficiently. This hybrid method combines automated analysis with human refinement, significantly reducing the time needed for implementation in legal processes.
"We understand that playbooking is very important and it can be a laborious process for a lot of our clients," Daniel Moon, head of product at LexCheck, told me during a demonstration last week.
The company reports this hybrid approach reduces implementation time while leveraging both software analysis and human expertise.
