Rasmus Hojlund sought out UK journalists in Chicago after United's 4-1 win over Bournemouth to state firmly his intention to remain at Old Trafford. That match could be his last start after Benjamin Sesko's £74m move from RB Leipzig was completed on 9 August. Hojlund played 18 minutes in the final tour game against Everton, was an unused substitute against Fiorentina, and has not been involved in United's first two Premier League matches.
