"Right now he is reported injured by Manchester United, and he is until April. I know that Patrick has a dream to be ready. I think his biggest motivation right now, when he is running around in that training room, is that he wants to beat the crap out of us all and then be ready for that game."
"Pat, unfortunately, he's going to be out for a period of time. We're still working through how long that's going to be. We weren't sure whether it was a little bit of cramp or whether it was something a little bit more serious and at the moment it looks a little bit more on the serious note."
Patrick Dorgu, a 21-year-old Danish footballer, suffered a hamstring injury during Manchester United's Premier League match against Arsenal while performing well in an advanced position. Initially expected to miss approximately two months, Dorgu is motivated to return early for Denmark's World Cup qualifying play-offs against North Macedonia on March 26 and a subsequent match against either Republic of Ireland or Czech Republic. Denmark manager Brian Riemer acknowledges Dorgu's determination to recover in time, stating he will support the player's aspirations while the opportunity exists. Manchester United had reported Dorgu unavailable until April, though his personal motivation to compete for his country may accelerate the rehabilitation process.
