Rashford expressed a desire to move to Barcelona more than 12 months prior and is reportedly enjoying his time in Catalunya. Barcelona hold an option to sign him permanently and intend to use that option, though they want to negotiate terms. Manchester United still hold his contract until 2028, but the club currently has little intention of keeping him beyond the loan.
