Man Utd outcast Garnacho completes Chelsea move - Soccer News
Briefly

Alejandro Garnacho completed a transfer to Chelsea from Manchester United for a reported £40m. He had been ostracised by Ruben Amorim at Old Trafford and was left out of United's first-team plans during pre-season. Garnacho signed a seven-year deal and attended Chelsea's 2-0 win over Fulham at Stamford Bridge. He described joining the world champions as special after watching the Club World Cup. Garnacho scored 26 goals in 144 appearances after breaking into United's first team in 2022 and won the 2023-24 Puskas Award for an overhead kick at Goodison Park. Chelsea may cancel Nicolas Jackson's planned Bayern move because Liam Delap faces a two-month injury layoff.

It's an incredible moment for my family and I to join this great club.
I can't wait to get started. I watched the Club World Cup and to join the world champions is special - we're the best team in the world!
