Maguire: United have turned down enquiries for me
Briefly

Harry Maguire confirmed Manchester United rejected summer enquiries about his availability and that the club made his contractual position clear. Maguire joined United for £80 million in 2019 and is starting his seventh season at the club after United triggered an extension option in January. United exercised a 12-month option to prevent him becoming a free agent this summer. Maguire indicated a preference to remain at Old Trafford and praised improvements in the club hierarchy and management structure. If no new deal is agreed, he can speak to non‑Premier League clubs from January 1.
I think there were a couple of clubs who maybe enquired or spoke with them [United] and I think they got a quick response,
I'm pretty sure the club have made it aware this summer that I can't leave on any terms with other clubs enquiring about things and my position with my contract.
We're in a good place, positive as a club and I feel like the hierarchy has come in and Jason [Wilcox] and the manager, I feel like they're taking it in the right direction. I think it's been, since I started six years ago to where it is now, it's in a completely different place in terms of the structure behind the management staff.
