Grimsby Town's cheeky social media video mocks Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim
Briefly

Amorim was filmed moving pieces on a tactics board while considering options after his team lost on penalties. He admitted feeling intense emotion, saying he sometimes hates or loves his players and that he has even considered quitting. He declared that something has to change at Old Trafford and that the players' performance spoke loudly. He clarified that his comments were born out of frustration and insisted he remains focused on the next game. Grimsby Town posted a viral video of an official mimicking his board routine in his seat, gaining over three million views in two hours.
"Every time in the future we have one defeat like that I'm going to be like that, I'm going to say sometimes I hate my players, sometimes I love my players, sometimes I defend my players," Amorim said. "This is my way of doing things and I'm going to be like that. And I felt that in that moment, I was so frustrated and annoyed."
Amorim may not appreciate the video posted on Grimsby Town's social media accounts, with a club official moving pieces around on a magnetic board while sitting in the seat Amorim occupied for his side's cup humiliation. The video was used to announce Grimsby's team for their League Two game against Bristol Rovers and it proved to be a big success, with over three million views in it's first two hours on X.
