Nottingham Forest has reached an agreement to sign James McAtee from Manchester City for a fee of up to £30 million. McAtee, a 22-year-old midfielder, was a standout player for the England U21 team during their European Championship victory. The deal includes sell-on and buy-back clauses. Nottingham Forest is also nearing a transfer for Ipswich Town's Omari Hutchinson for around £37 million. McAtee contributed seven goals in 34 first-team appearances, and Forest has already made significant investments this summer, totaling £44 million.
