Harrison Cohen is a 26-year-old right-handed pitcher and a non-roster invitee to the New York Yankees' big-league spring training camp. He is unlikely to make the Opening Day roster but can improve his call-up odds with a strong spring and additional effective innings in the minors. Cohen threw ten pitches, nine strikes, in a scoreless sixth inning against the Tigers, allowing one hit. He will depart camp on March 1 to pitch for Team Israel in the World Baseball Classic. Last season he combined for a 3-2 record and a 1.76 ERA across Double-A and Triple-A and features a mid-90s fastball, a developing slider, and a well-regarded changeup.
