The team worked closely with Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) and local community leaders to raise awareness for the first-come, first-served distribution. Meals distributed at the drive-up event consisted of one turkey and assortment of side dishes, including cranberry sauce, boxed potatoes, stuffing, gravy and pies."

The Los Angeles Dodgers held an annual Thanksgiving drive-thru at The Dream Center in Los Angeles, providing meals to families in need. Will Klein, Dennis Powell, Billy Ashley and Kenny Landreaux participated in distributing items alongside volunteers. The Justin Turner Foundation and Kershaw's Challenge provided additional support. In conjunction with Jacoby & Meyers, the Dodgers distributed 1,500 Thanksgiving meals and coordinated with Los Angeles Unified School District and local community leaders for first-come, first-served awareness. Each meal included a turkey and an assortment of sides such as cranberry sauce, boxed potatoes, stuffing, gravy and pies.
