Kennedy recorded a double and a run with Toronto and one hit plus an RBI with Los Angeles, after multiple designations for assignment and a minor-league re-signing to finish with Triple-A Buffalo. Jose Urena appeared in eight games across the season, signing with the Mets but getting DFA'd after one appearance before the Blue Jays added him amid injuries and rotation concerns. Both players will be awarded World Series titles regardless of the series outcome.
