At the tender deadline the Dodgers non-tendered Evan Phillips and Nick Frasso, making them immediate free agents. Frasso posted a 6-1 record with a 5.49 ERA and 1.59 WHIP in Triple-A, missed 2024 due to right-shoulder labrum surgery, and had been moved to the 60-day IL after being added to the 40-man roster in November 2023.
