"I think Connor and Mark gave me so many things. Right before the postseason, we made some adjustments with how my hip is lined up. And I think a lot of my issues before that was me trying to find a comfortable feeling with that. And so I think working with them, getting that feeling, locking it in the postseason."
"But like I said, I think going in every Spring Training it's good, and I think it's more about juggling the in-season stresses and stuff like that, and from start to start. And I think it's working with the training staff and the strength coaches and getting on that program. And I think I'm in a really good spot right now."
Tyler Glasnow missed a significant portion of the 2025 season due to injury but produced strong results when healthy, going 4-3 with a 3.19 ERA, 1.10 WHIP and 10.6 strikeouts per nine in 90.1 innings across 18 starts. He made his biggest impact in the postseason, posting a 1.69 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 10.5 strikeouts per nine in 21.1 innings over six appearances. Glasnow implemented mechanical adjustments to hip alignment before the postseason, then maintained those changes through the offseason while working with the Dodgers training staff and strength coaches to stay healthy and build on postseason form.
