Braves will play in 2026 Little League Classic

"This past season, the Atlanta Braves got to take part in one of those MLB special event neutral site games, as they ended up beating the Reds in the ill-fated, rain-delayed 2025 Speedway Classic at Bristol Motor Speedway. The rain (and MLB's inexperience with holding such an event at a speedway) made for a bit of a hot mess but it appears that Atlanta will be playing in a tried-and-true neutral site event once next season rolls around."

"MLB has announced that the Atlanta Braves will be taking on the Milwaukee Brewers in the 2026 Little League Classic on August 23. This'll be the first Little League Classic appearance for both of these teams and I believe this is Milwaukee's first time playing in one of these special event games in the first place, so there's that. Also, the Brewers will be the home team for this game since this series will begin in Milwaukee on that Friday"

"In keeping with the tradition of this annual event, Major Leaguers from both the Brewers and the Braves will attend Little League World Series games earlier in the day on August 23 rd, demonstrating their commitment to helping grow the game at the youth level and engage with young fans. Later that evening, Little League World Series players and their families will fill Journey Bank Ballpark at Historic Bowman Field for the Little League Classic game. The Brewers will be the home team in the game."
