The team is working on foundation-building with a full 90-man roster on grass alongside coaches and players. Daily expectations include correct body language, strong finishing, clear communication, solid daily habits, and visible discipline and consistency. Over the last five and a half weeks, players have shown strong work ethic, leading to optimism for another good day of OTAs. Compared with last year, the entire team now understands meeting, walk-through, and practice formats, creating greater comfort for returning players and new rookies or free agents. Offensively, the quarterback room and route runners are further along, with route execution improving from on-air drills to team settings, and offensive line coaching reducing hesitation so players can play faster. Defensively, fundamentals were emphasized across all three levels, and coaching improvements showed up in recent work.
