Motor Coach Industries (MCI), part of NFI Group, has launched a new service center in Torrance, CA, to provide top-tier service to motorcoach operators. This state-of-the-art facility is strategically located near Los Angeles, featuring 12 service bays, high-voltage repair capabilities, and advanced diagnostic tools. The site aims to support all types of NFI Group vehicles, encompassing brands like MCI, New Flyer, and others. With its expansion, MCI promises enhanced customer support and access to 24/7 roadside assistance and a network of service centers across North America, emphasizing their commitment to quality service.
"This new location expands our reach and enhances support for customers in one of the nation's most active transportation corridors," Michael Donner, Director, MCI Service Centers, said.
"Local businesses and drivers now have access to a state-of-the-art MCI service center conveniently located near Los Angeles in Torrance, CA," according to a press release.
"The Torrance site joins a network of seven full-service MCI and New Flyer service centers across North America, each offering diagnostics, accurate estimates, and a 6-month parts and labor warranty under MCI's Reliadrive quality commitment," the release added.
"With advanced capabilities and a strong local team, we're delivering the expert service our customers rely on," said Michael Donner.
