The seller is a limited liability company, which property and state records show is managed by local real estate developer Tzvika Diner."

A new Hidden Hills estate at 24255 Bridle Trail Road went into contract with a nearly $40 million asking price, about $1,998 per square foot; the seven-bed, 11-bath home is just over 20,000 square feet on nearly three acres and was built in 2024 with a range of amenities. A Maybourne Beverly Hills Hotel condo at 225 North Canon Drive asked $28.8 million, or $5,080 per square foot, and was the only condo to go into contract.
