Approximately 350 pre-selected active-duty service members from the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Space Force, and veterans attended a Veterans Day batting practice event at Dodger Stadium with their families. Attendees participated in batting practice, played catch on the field, and received private stadium tours. The World Series trophy was available for photos. Former Dodgers players Orel Hershiser, Dennis Powell, Kenny Landreaux and Billy Ashley signed autographs, posed for photographs, and helped instruct attendees. The Dodgers partnered with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health to emphasize veteran celebration and well-being.
