A large police presence was deployed in Erith after reports of a disturbance involving a large group on Colyers Lane late on Saturday night. Officers issued a Section 35 dispersal order to clear the area. During the incident, three police officers suffered minor injuries and a 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency worker and being involved in violent disorder. Following the arrest, he remained in custody as investigations continue.
A teenage boy has been arrested after three police officers were assaulted during a large disturbance in Erith last night.
Police were called to Colyers Lane near Brook Street at around 9.06pm on Saturday following reports of a large group causing a disturbance.
