A large police presence was deployed in Erith after reports of a disturbance involving a large group on Colyers Lane late on Saturday night. Officers issued a Section 35 dispersal order to clear the area. During the incident, three police officers suffered minor injuries and a 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency worker and being involved in violent disorder. Following the arrest, he remained in custody as investigations continue.
