Pierce Brosnan says he "could get away with" returning as James Bond
Briefly

Pierce Brosnan, the former James Bond actor, has not dismissed the possibility of returning to the iconic role, stating, "I think I could get away with it, yes, in a pinch." While he remains content with his current projects such as MobLand, he acknowledges the evolution of the Bond franchise, especially under Amazon's recent management. Brosnan advocates for a British actor to take on the role, endorsing Aaron Taylor-Johnson as a potential successor. His comments reflect both nostalgia and his appreciation for the future direction of the franchise.
"I think I could get away with it, yes, in a pinch," Brosnan said when asked if he could still play Bond.
"I don't know. Let's see where the wind takes us. They know where to find me. Why not?" Brosnan responded regarding the possibility of reprising the role.
"Of course, Brosnan played 007 from the mid-90s to the early 2000s in the films Golden Eye, Die Another Day, The World Is Not Enough, and Tomorrow Never Dies."
"It should be 'a given' that any future Bond should be British," Brosnan said, voicing his opinion on the franchise's future.
