Wandsworth Council is preparing to hold a ballot in the autumn for residents to vote on new regeneration proposals for the Alton Estate in Roehampton.
Under the new masterplan, 167 homes on the estate would be replaced with 614 new homes, with a 57% allocation for affordable housing.
