Water from Your Eyes has announced their upcoming album, 'It's a Beautiful Place,' set to release on August 22nd through Matador Records. Band members Rachel Brown and Nate Amos draw inspiration from themes such as time, dinosaurs, and space, aiming to explore a variety of musical styles that reflect existential thoughts. The band will support the album with a major North American tour beginning on September 22nd, featuring numerous cities. Their lead single 'Life Signs' showcases the album's moody sound, with a blend of threatening and resigned tones.
"We wanted to present a wide range of styles in a way that acknowledges everything's just a tiny blip," Amos said of the new album in a press release.
"Life Signs" serves as the lead single for It's a Beautiful Place and it's a moody, guitar-forward introduction to the album's expansive sound.
