The world's most remote disco is coming to London this summer
"Detour Discotheque is taking over Somerset House, transforming the venue's Setlist bar and restaurant and Thames-side terraces into a 'disco time warp'. The venue will be packed with mirror balls and styled like the iconic nightclubs of '70s New York."
"Expect spritzes and imported US beers on pour. And if all that dancing gets your stomach rumbling, the kitchen will be open until late serving tacos, pizza and salads."
Detour Discotheque is hosting its first major London event at Somerset House on July 25. The event will transform the venue into a disco-themed party reminiscent of iconic '70s nightclubs. Attendees can enjoy drinks and food, including tacos and pizza, while dancing to disco tunes. The event will accommodate 500 guests, with tickets starting at £19.50. The Thames-side terraces will open for drinks at 5pm, and the disco will continue into the early hours of the morning.
