Police said in July that Paul Gallagher, 59, had been charged with rape, coercive and controlling behaviour, three counts of sexual assault, and several other serious offences.
He is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Wednesday August 27 regarding the charges outstanding against him.
A spokesperson for The Grand Social confirmed that Paul Gallagher will no longer be DJing at the Oasis afterparty due to his legal situation.
