Klaudia Zakrzewska, 32, from Essex, died after being critically injured in a car crash involving Gabrielle Carrington, a former X Factor finalist. The incident occurred outside a nightclub in Soho, injuring two others, including a security guard with life-changing injuries. The Metropolitan Police expressed condolences to Zakrzewska's family and urged the public to avoid speculation and sharing graphic footage.
