The Gramophone Classical Music Awards 2025 took place at a ceremony in central London. Sir Simon Rattle won Artist of the Year for a second time, recognised for work with the London Symphony Orchestra, the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment and the Czech Philharmonic and for acclaimed recordings spanning baroque to contemporary repertoire. Video tributes came from Barbara Hannigan, Peter Hoare, Thomas Quasthoff and John Adams. Raphael Pichon and his ensemble Pygmalion won Recording of the Year for JS Bach's Mass in B Minor on Harmonia Mundi. Maria Duenas won Young Artist of the Year and performed at the ceremony.
