Franz Ferdinand has announced a comprehensive North American tour for summer 2026, beginning August 2nd in Buffalo and concluding August 15th in Dallas, with stops in major cities including Boston, Atlanta, and Austin. Ticket sales begin with a fan presale on March 10th, followed by a Live Nation presale on March 12th, and general sale on March 13th via Ticketmaster. Prior to the North American dates, the band will perform throughout Europe in March and April, including shows in Paris, Munich, Frankfurt, and Naples. Frontman Alex Kapranos recently condemned the Israeli Defense Forces for using the band's song "Take Me Out" in a propaganda video without consent, expressing strong disapproval of the unauthorized use.
