Former Late Late Show host James Corden and his family encountered opposition from neighbors in North West London over proposed renovations to their new property. Complaints center around noise disturbances, notably from drumming, reportedly affecting residents even inside their own homes. The proposed outbuilding, sized like a one-bedroom flat, raises concerns about additional noise and aesthetic intrusion on the neighborhood. At least 18 objections have been lodged with Camden Council, highlighting fears over increased disruption and potential changes to the neighborhood's peaceful environment.
One of them plays the drums. It can often be heard on my terrace and occasionally inside my flat, even with the windows closed. What happens if they decide to move the drum kit out of the house and put it in the den?
This new structure threatens not just to intrude on this peaceful green space but to constitute an eyesore.
Remove the word gym from the plan and replace it with bedroom and you'd have a nice little bungalow.
