Acquired by Populo Living, it serves as a community hub focusing on inclusivity. Operated by Dialogue Hub, it provides training and employment opportunities for d/Deaf and hard of hearing residents. Customers can place orders using British Sign Language with the help of iPads, while verbal communication is also supported. The Carpenters Dialogue Express Cafe opened its doors for the first time as a part of a meanwhile project for the estate, while regeneration of the area is underway.
