Additionally, they brought home a Diamond Award for their innovative rabbit paupiette, which features wild mushrooms. Led by Danny Lidgate and inspired by Team GB, the butchers focus on crafting high-quality, inventive meat products, solidifying their place in the competitive butchery sector.
