The menu mixes Chinese and Japanese dishes, including wagyu dim sum, cod and miso, and black truffle yellowtail. Reviews praised the food, the people-watching, the striking vistas and the jovial mainly Italian serving staff. The restaurant’s windows even captured fireworks from Wembley, about eight miles away. Other notable view-focused venues include Forza Wine on the South Bank and Tate Modern’s sixth-floor eatery overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral.
