Chuku's began as a pop-up in 2016 and became a permanent restaurant on Tottenham High Road in 2020. After a decade, it returned to a pop-up format by launching Chop Stop at Boxhall Liverpool Street, operating from May 11 until August 3. The menu shifts from tapas to fast food, featuring jollof rice bowls served with sweet fried plantain and Chuku's house salad, with toppings such as honey suya chicken, banga chicken, suya meatballs, or smoked tofu. Prices range from £14.50 to £16. Customers can also buy fries with the same toppings, plus sides including sticky zobo wings and a vegan chocolate yam brownie.
