The pair converted a disused garage in Leyton into a Middle Eastern bakery and coffee house outfitted with locally made tables, upholstery, plates and cups, plus bespoke tiles from Morocco. Farha serves speciality coffee, house espresso, pour-over and inventive drinks such as matcha, cardamom brown sugar lattes and orange blossom mochas. The pastry chef, with experience at Morny, Toklas, Fortitude and Cedric Grolet, produces modern Middle Eastern viennoiserie and savoury bakes.
