"New for this year are flexible 'Anyday Tickets', which allow visitors to attend on a day of their choice without being tied to a specific date. The entry-level package gives access to the farm's 25 acres of lavender, café, shop, Potting Station and museum, as well as RRR education and free lavender cuttings, with the higher tier tickets offering additional experiences and activities."
"Also new for this year are Purple Passes, which enable people to visit the farm five times for just £25. Looby Loo, the farm's tractor train, the red telephone box, tractor, and heart-shaped bench all return alongside new attractions for 2026, such as the Lavender Labyrinth."
"The farm will open from Saturday, 6th June to Sunday, 23rd August - but note that the lavender will be dependent on the weather and growing conditions, so usually somewhat better towards July. Of course, it's also busier then, so you takes you chances. Whilst tickets can be purchased on the day, online booking is recommended as pre-bought tickets will be given priority and guaranteed access."
"Getting to Mayfield Lavender Farm The farm is in Banstead, to the south-west of Croydon, and they recommend the following ways of getting to the farm: Train to West Croydon and then take the 166 bus; Train to Sutton and take the S1 bus to Banstead (Woolpack stop) and then the 166 bus; Train to Purley Station, cross the road to the large Tesco and take the 166 bus to Oaks Park from the front of the store. I would add that it's only a 30-minute walk from Woodmansterne station. There is car parking on site, although spaces are limited."
