Iconic West End street Sicilian Avenue is finally reopening this summer
Briefly

Sicilian Avenue in Holborn is set for a grand reopening this summer after five years of extensive renovations. Named for its distinctive European architectural style, the marble street features Grade II listed buildings and has partially reopened for pedestrian access. Developers aim to transform the Avenue into a vibrant shopping and dining destination. While the exact businesses moving in remain uncertain, plans are in place for at least six establishments, including cafes, bars, and restaurants, as part of the revitalization effort spearheaded by Tristan Capital Partners and Alchemy Asset Management.
Developers Tristan Capital Partners have been working for the last five years to perform a 'complete restoration' of the area, which they hope will '[reform] the historical pedestrian avenue into Bloomsbury's most sought-after shopping and dining destination.'
A spokesperson for Alchemy Asset Management, which has also been working on the project, said that: 'As the development manager... We have dealt with many challenges. However, due to its rich history and architectural elegance, the structural adaptation has been hugely worthwhile in terms of the fantastic product we have been able to create.'
