Boots to open new store at Scotch Hall Shopping Centre
Boots has agreed a new letting deal for Scotch Hall Shopping Centre in Drogheda. The retailer will take over three ground floor mall units and additional basement space totaling approximately 12,400 square feet. Boots operates 95 stores across Ireland, and its arrival is expected to further boost the centre after recent openings and tenant changes. Scotch Hall is anchored by Dunnes Stores and Omniplex and includes retailers such as Waterstones, Holland & Barrett, IKEA, Superdrug, and others. The centre also has a 600-space multi-storey car park. Colliers represented the landlord in securing the agreement, and both landlord and letting representatives described the move as a strong endorsement of the centre’s growing footfall and customer experience.
"Boots currently operates 95 stores across Ireland and its arrival is being seen as another significant boost for Scotch Hall following the recent opening of the new six-screen Omniplex cinema and the relocation of JD Sports from Laurence Shopping Centre."
