"A spokesperson for the Met said: Police were called at 08.07hrs on Wednesday, 15 October to reports of shoplifting at a supermarket on Chapel Market, Islington. Subsequently, we received a call from a member of the public claiming they had been assaulted. Nothing was reported stolen and no arrests have been made. Enquiries continue. The woman says her child is waiting outside for school and angrily confronts the employee. The man accuses her of shoplifting and claims he had caught her before. When asked for his name he told her to 'f*** off.' Metropolitan Police attended, reported no theft, no arrests, and said enquiries continue.
