London's tallest viewing platform has massively slashed its ticket prices
Briefly

The prices for the View from the Shard have been reduced, now starting at £22, competing with free viewing platforms in London. Previously, tickets cost up to £38, with deluxe options at £51. The attraction has seen declining ticket sales, partly due to its proximity to free viewing spots like Sky Garden and Horizon 22. While the Shard offers 360-degree views, it faces competition from various rooftop bars and gardens that provide enjoyable experiences with cocktails. Current standard entry prices are set at £32, with deluxe options ranging from £36 to £48.
A ticket to the top of the Shard used to set visitors back up to £38, with a deluxe option that stretched to a whopping £51 per person.
From now, visitors can head up London's tallest building from £22. Prices go up to £32 for standard entry and range between £36 and £48 for the deluxe package.
The View from the Shard has been struggling with ticket sales lately due to the fact that it's just a stone's throw away from free viewing galleries.
