Southampton pay tribute as Udoh dies aged 21
Victor Udoh, a former academy player, died at age 21. Southampton reported that he spent six months in their academy from February 2025, appearing in eight Premier League 2 Under-21 matches. He previously played for Royal Antwerp’s academy, making 28 first-team appearances and scoring 12 goals in 27 games for their Young Reds. Udoh joined Southampton after joining Antwerp’s academy in 2023 and made his first-team debut that same season.
