"Fabian is a talented young goalkeeper. He will add quality and depth to our goalkeeping group and we look forward to his development under Paul Rogers. We'd like to welcome him to Cincinnati."
"Mrozek joined Liverpool's academy in August 2020 from FC Wroclaw. He made 60 appearances in all competitions for the Reds at U18, U19 and U21 levels. He has featured six times on the bench for the first team."
"Mrozek, who has won caps at U15 and U16 level for his country, enjoyed an excellent 2023-24 with the U21s, and was in several senior matchday squads. However, others have since overtaken him in the pecking order."
Fabian Mrozek, a 22-year-old Polish goalkeeper from Liverpool, has joined MLS side FC Cincinnati on loan for the 2026 season with an option to buy permanently. Mrozek joined Liverpool's academy in August 2020 from FC Wroclaw and made 60 appearances across youth levels while earning six first-team bench appearances. He signed his first professional contract in July 2021 and earned Poland caps at U15 and U16 levels. After excelling with the U21s in 2023-24, other goalkeepers advanced ahead in the pecking order. He subsequently spent time on loan at Swedish club IF Brommapojkarna and National League side Forest Green Rovers. FC Cincinnati's general manager Chris Albright praised Mrozek as a talented young goalkeeper who will add quality and depth to their goalkeeping group.
