Briefly

During the Canadian Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton was devastated after colliding with a groundhog, which damaged the underside of his Ferrari. The incident occurred 13 laps into the race, severely affecting his car's performance as he lost half a second per lap due to the damage. Despite his efforts, he finished sixth, far behind the leaders, and expressed concern for the animal involved. Meanwhile, Lando Norris faced internal scrutiny following a collision with teammate Oscar Piastri, costing him valuable points in the drivers' championship.
I was holding on up until the damage, I was kind of holding on to Oscar Piastri... I heard I hit a groundhog, so that's devastating. I love animals so I'm so sad about it. That's horrible.
