'Aberdeen chase Kilmarnock trio' - gossip
Aberdeen are reported to be in talks with three Kilmarnock players amid speculation about Motherwell manager Jens Berthal Askou’s potential move to Toulouse. Aberdeen are described as leading the race to sign midfielder Brad Lyons and centre-half Lewis Mayo, while remaining in contention for Ayrshire midfielder David Watson. Inverness Caledonian Thistle are said to be in advanced discussions with Aberdeen captain Graeme Shinnie, who has been offered a new two-year deal including coaching experience but wants improved terms. Rangers are not expected to make Andreas Skov Olsen’s 9m permanent move, and other clubs are monitoring Findlay Curtis. Rangers also face squad turnover as backup goalkeepers and several loan-return players are encouraged to leave, while market values for key players rise.
"Back-up goalkeepers Liam Kelly and Kieran Wright will leave Rangers this summer, while centre-half Clinton Nsiala, midfielder Jose Cifuentes, wingers Oscar Cortes and Ross McCausland, and striker Danilo will be encouraged to leave on their return from loans, and Lyall Cameron, Thelo Aasgaard, Nedim Bajrami and Bojan Miovski would be better finding new clubs.
