CNN anchor Kaitlan Collins subsequently contacted representatives of all living ex-presidents, who all denied any such conversations occurred. On CNN's The Source, Collins repeatedly corrected pro-Trump analyst David Urban when he attempted to characterize the denials as non-denials, emphasizing that Clinton's representatives explicitly stated no recent conversations took place between Trump and Clinton.
