Kellogg Hansen announced special, above-market bonuses for associates and of counsel. The bonuses are separate from the firm's substantial year-end bonuses. The special payments range from $30,000 for first-year associates who joined in 2024 up to $55,000 for sixth-year associates and $60,000 for of counsel. The firm already maintains top-of-market base compensation and generous year-end bonuses. The special bonuses far exceed typical Biglaw special or retention payments of $6,000 to $25,000.
