The Corporate Legal Operations Consortium experienced a leadership change as Jenn McCarron stepped down as Board President to concentrate on her role as co-founder and CEO of Contracts.ai. McCarron had served as President since January 2024 and previously spent years on the Board advancing diversity and inclusion and amplifying legal operations at the intersection of business and law. She launched the CLOC Talk podcast in 2020, which reached its 100th episode. Áine Lyons, Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Workday, will complete McCarron’s term through the end of the calendar year and will focus on modernizing governance and overseeing elections and onboarding.
