Registered sex offender facing charges after stolen firearm, Nazi materials allegedly found in his possession

"In 2016, Tyler Bullock, 30, was convicted of purchasing or possessing child pornography, according to the Massachusetts U.S. Attorney's Office. That offense landed Bullock on the sex offender registry and prohibited him from possessing firearms and ammunition, officials said. During a recent search of Bullock's residence, law enforcement found a Ruger P85 9mm pistol, which was reported stolen during transit from New Hampshire to Arizona, loaded with several rounds of ammunition, the U.S. Attorney's Office said."

"Law enforcement officials also allegedly found a knife bearing Schutztaffel lightning bolts, a symbol of Adolf Hitler's Nazi paramilitary, and a swastika in a small safe under a rug in a bedroom. A copy of "Mein Kampf" by Hitler and 42 additional rounds of ammunition were also found in that bedroom, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office."

"During the search, Bullock allegedly admitted to soliciting and paying for child sexual abuse materials. He allegedly sent money to a network based in India for the materials on several occasions. A forensic review of his devices is ongoing, officials said."

Tyler Bullock, 30, a registered sex offender from Dracut, was arrested and charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. Authorities recovered a Ruger P85 9mm pistol reported stolen in transit, multiple rounds of ammunition, and a partially assembled rifle. Investigators also found Nazi-related items including a knife bearing Schutztaffel lightning bolts, a swastika, a copy of Mein Kampf, and WWII-era German military memorabilia. Bullock allegedly admitted to soliciting and paying for child sexual abuse materials, including sending money to a network in India. He is detained pending a detention hearing.
