The claims against Figueroa were voluntarily dismissed from the suit earlier this month by the three Keller Williams franchisee plaintiffs, which include Keller Williams Advantage Realty, Keller Williams Advantage 2 Realty and Keller Williams Advantage III Realty."
"Figueroa was dismissed from the suit with prejudice, meaning that the plaintiffs can't file the same claims against her in the future. She was accused of interfering in a way that harmed the plaintiffs, who said she cost them more than $50,000. Joseph Firmin, The Fig Team's former director of growth and agent success, did not have as fortunate an outcome as he remains a defendant."
"According to the complaint, while at Keller Williams in November 2021, Firmin signed a confidentiality and non-solicitation agreement saying that he would not recruit away any Keller Williams agents for two years after leaving the firm. Firmin signed a confidentiality and non-solicitation agreement in November 2021 prohibiting recruitment of Keller Williams agents for two years after departure. The April complaint alleges Firmin violated that agreement by recruiting agents away from the three franchisees after joining The Fig Team.
