Kevin White, a 63-year-old Jesuit priest and former Boston College High School teacher, was acquitted of raping a former student after a two-day bench trial. Prosecutors alleged the assaults occurred between 2008 and 2009 when the student was 15 and White was 46. The accuser, a transgender woman, testified that White invited her to his classroom after school and assaulted her multiple times.
