Above the Law collects compensation data from solo practitioners and small firm lawyers annually to produce an annual compensation report. The survey now expands to include attorneys who work in midsize law firms. Lawyers at firms with fewer than 250 attorneys are invited to participate via a brief, completely confidential survey link. Recipients are encouraged to share the survey with colleagues and peers to increase response volume. Higher participation yields more comprehensive compensation information and a more informative annual report for the legal community.
